深圳市一起饮用水源污染引起腹泻爆发的调查分析

目的了解引起此次腹泻爆发原因,以便采取措施保证饮水安全,防止类似事件再发生。方法抽检水样和病人肛拭子样本,按照《生活饮用水卫生规范》和国标GB4789-94“食品卫生微生物学检验”的检验方法进行检验,然后作分析。结果共检测121份样品,从病人肛拭子样本检出沙门氏菌等致病菌,但阳性率很低;采取消毒措施前的水源水、末梢水等水样微生物污染严重,井水检出粪大肠菌群,所有水样均未检出沙门氏菌,志贺氏菌等致病菌。结论深圳市此次腹泻爆发主要是由于水源水微生物严重污染引起,应加强对分散式供水水源周围环境的卫生管理并增强居民对饮用水的自我保护意识。

Analysis of a survey of diarrhea outbreak due to contamination of drinking water source in Shenzhen City

Objective To understand the cause resulted in a out bre ak of diarrhea in Shenzhen City so as to ensure the safety of drinking water and prevent the occurrence of similar events by adopting effective measures. Methods The water samples and fecal swabs randomly taken from patien ts with various kinds of diarrhea were detected based on the < Sanitary standar d of drinking water > and the international GB4789-94 < microbiological determ ination of food sanitry > ,and the results were analyzed. Results Totally 121 samples were examined and Salmonella was detected from the swa b samlpes,but the positive rate was very low.While the contamination with micro or ganisms were serious in water source and end supplying water before sterilizatio n measures were taken.Besides,E.coli was detected from well water an Salomnella and Shizgella were detected from all the water samples. Co n clusion This outbreak of diarrhea was occurred due to heavy contaminati on of water source with microorganisms.Thus sanitary management of environment o f end source water supply and enhancement of the concept of self protection amon g the citizens be strengthened in Shenszhen City.
