摘    要:目的介绍用多波长线性回归紫外光度法同时测定苯甲酸及山梨酸。方法样品用乙酸乙酯萃取,再用碳酸氢钠反萃取。测定六个波长处的吸光度值后进行回归计算分析。结果分析了酱油及食醋中苯甲酸及山梨酸的含量,回收率为958%~1064%。结论此法克服了“国标”法中用薄层分离法时繁琐的分离手续,比卡耳曼滤波算法测苯甲酸及山梨酸计算简便,结果更准确,可用于其它食品中苯甲酸及山梨酸含量的测定。

Simultaneous Determination of Sorbic Acid and Benzoic Acid in Soy and Vinegar by Multi-wavelength Linear Regression Uv-spectrophotometry
Abstract:Objective To introduce the modifed method for simultaneous determination of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in soy and vinegar by Multi-wavelength linear regression Uv-spectropotometry. Methods Samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and then reextracted by sodium bicarbonate. Regression calculation was undertaken after six absorption values were measured at different wavelengths. Results The contents of sorbic acid and Benzoic acid in soy and vinegar were analysed. The recovery rate was between 95.8% and 106. 4%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate compared with Kalman Filtering Uv-spectrophotometry. [
