| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑梗死患者的细胞免疫功能。方法 对 30例脑梗死患者 (研究组 )和 30例健康自愿者 (对照组 ) ,采用碱性磷酸酶抗磷酸酶法测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 ,并进行对照分析。结果 研究组CD3 细胞 (6 8.4 4± 7.0 1)明显高于对照组 (6 2 .5 6± 8.5 0 ) ,两组间比较有显著性差异 (t=3.11,P <0 .0 5 ) ;研究组CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8细胞较对照组低 ,但差异无显著性 (t =1.86 ,0 .2 6 3,0 .75 8,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 脑梗死患者T淋巴细胞总数较正常人群高 ,CD4/CD8细胞间平衡正常。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cell-mediated immunity of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods We determined the counts of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood using alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) method in 30 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 control group. Results The counts of CD4 and CD 8 cells in patients showed no significant difference from controls. But the counts of CD 3 cells were obviously higher in patients than in controls. Conclusion The counts of T-lymphocyte subsets of patients with cerebral infarction increased, but the CD 4 cells and CD 8 cells kept a normal level and ratio. |
