奈达铂增敏放疗与单纯放疗治疗50例食管癌的疗效对比分析

目的分析奈达铂增敏放疗治疗食管癌的疗效和毒副反应,评价奈达铂增敏放疗在食管癌患者中的应用价值。方法将我院收治50例食管癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均不符合手术治疗指征,实验组25例给予奈达铂40mg/w静注,持续6周,同时给予放射治疗;对照组25例患者单纯给予放射治疗,6MX-X射线或15MV-X射线治疗。6周治疗结束后,比较两组患者的治疗效果差异和毒副作用差别。结果实验组近期治疗有效率为76.0%,对照组近期治疗有效率为56.0%,两组患者治疗效果差别显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。放射治疗的毒副反应主要为骨髓移植和食管炎,实验组发生毒副反应人数高于实验组,但可以通过其他处理降低毒副反应发生率。结论食管癌患者单纯放疗效果不佳,周剂量的奈达铂给提高放疗效果,同时给予针对并发症的对症处理能很好降低毒副反应发生率,效果肯定。

Efficacy Comparative Analysis of Nedaplatin Sensitizing Treatment of 50 Cases of Esophageal Cancer Radiotherapy with Radiotherapy Alone

Objective Efficacy and toxicity of nedaplatin sensitizing radiotherapy for esophageal cancer, to evaluate the clinical value of nedaplatin sensitizing radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 50 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of patients were not in conformity with the operation indications for treatment,25 cases in experimental group were given intravenous nedaplatin 40mgVw, continued for 6 weeks, while giving the radiation therapy; the control group of 25 patients treated with radiotherapy, 6MX-X ray or 15MV-X ray therapy. After 6 weeks of trea~nent, compare the difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect and side effects of difference. Results In the experimental group, the effective rate of treatment group was 76%,the effective rate of treatment was 56%,the effect of two groups were significant difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. The main side effects of radiotherapy for bone marrow transplantation and esophagitis,the experimental group had the number of adverse reaction than that in the experiment group,but can reduce the adverse reaction rates by other treatment. Conclusion Patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy effect is poor, nedaplatin weekly doses to improve effect of radiotherapy, while giving the complications of symptomatic treatment can reduce the incidence of side effects, efficacy.
