Betatrophin基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性

摘    要:目的: 探讨Betatrophin基因rs2278426多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法: 分别选取T2DM患者(T2DM组)和健康者(对照组)各200例,采用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR RFLP)技术,对Betatrophin基因rs2278426多态性进行检测。结果: T2DM组Betatrophin基因rs2278426位点C/T+T/T基因型及T等位基因的频率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。C/T+T/T基因型携带者空腹血糖及120 min OGTT血糖(2hPG)明显高于C/C基因型携带者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,Betatrophin基因rs2278426 T等位基因相对于C等位基因,增加T2DM的发病风险。 结论: Betatrophin基因rs2278426多态性可能与T2DM的发生有关,T等位基因可能增加T2DM的发病风险。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the association between rs2278426 polymorphism of betatrophin gene and type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM). Methods: A total of 200 subjects with T2DM (T2DM group) and 200 healthy controls (control group) were enrolled in this study. The genotype of betatrophin SNP rs2278426 was detected by the polymerase chain reaction restricted fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP). Results: The frequency of C/T+T/T genotype and T allele of rs2268388 were significantly higher in T2DM group than those in control group(P<0.05).Fasting plasma glucose and 120 min OGTT glucose (2hPG) in carriers with C/T+T/T genotype were higher than those with CC genotype. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of T2DM increased in betatrophin rs2278426 T allele carriers compared with those with C allele. Conclusion: The betatrophin rs2278426 gene polymorphism may be associated with T2DM.The T allele may increase the risk of T2DM.
