| 摘 要： | 本文报告了10例经手术病理和临床确诊的肝泡状棘球蚴病，对其临床特点及CT表现做了初步探讨。CT是诊断本病简捷、有效的手段。它可准确显示病灶的部位、数目、侵润范围及合并症，对治疗方案的选择有指导意义。

| Abstract: | We report 10 cases of hepatic echinococcus alveolaris (HEA) conformed by operation and pathology or clinical data, The CT appearances and clinical features of HEA were discussed. The authors were of opinion that CT is a simple and effective method in diagnosing the disease. CT not only provides in fotmation with location, numbers and infiltrative extent of the lesions but also shows complications of the disease which are very helpful in choice of operation plan and treatment. |
