| 摘 要： | 目的总结用完全电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术下治疗非小细胞肺癌的经验.方法对54例非小细胞肺癌患者采用完全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术＋系统淋巴结清扫术,均经术前或者术后病理检查确诊.结果 54例患者肿瘤均完整切除,术后病理报告肺叶切缘未见癌细胞;全组无围手术期死亡,无严重手术并发症.并行淋巴结系统性清扫,其中右胸清扫淋巴结（13.4±1.1）个,左胸清扫淋巴结（11.5±1.5）个;电视胸腔镜手术（video-assisted thoracoscopi surgery,VATS）时间（80～125）min,平均（98±15）min;术后平均住院时间（7.5±2.6）d,术后引流管留置时间（3.2±1.8）d.结论全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术手术是安全可行的,较传统开胸手术创伤小、并发症少、生理干扰小,具有明确的微创性. |
