| 摘 要： | 目的比较宣威肺腺癌原代细胞和已建立的宣威肺腺癌细胞株XWLC-05的形态学变化.方法用含10%胎牛血清的RPMI Medium1640培养基培养宣威肺腺癌细胞和XWLC-05,观察两者的形态学变化,比较不同时间点肺癌细胞数量变化,探讨其生长特性.结果培养的肺癌原代细胞为贴壁成团片状生长,为多边形或类圆形,异型性明显;而XWLC-05细胞成翼状,多边形,增殖速度比本实验室培养肺癌原代细胞快.结论肺癌原代细胞形态学上不同于XWLC-05,有其自身生长特性. |
