| 摘 要： | 目的探讨振动反应成像系统在辅助床旁胸片鉴别胸部片状块影中的价值.方法将呼吸重症监护室行床旁胸片检查并且胸片显示有胸部块影的患者,进一步以振动反应成像系统检查以协助鉴别诊断,患者病情稍稳定后,行CT检查以确定胸部块影的性质,采用Kappa分析不同诊断方法与CT诊断一致性,分别统计单独使用床旁胸片诊断与辅助以振动反应成像系统诊断准确度.结果床旁胸片对于重症病人诊断其kappa值为0.306.振动反应成像系统辅助床旁胸片联合诊断,其kappa值为0.673.结论振动反应成像系统可以增加床旁胸片在诊断胸部块影中准确度,在危重患者的早期诊断中具有特殊的价值.
