| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性酒精中毒对颅脑损伤患者病情的影响.方法回顾性分析我院2005年4月至2007年12月间收治的93例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,按照是否饮酒随机分为观察组和对照组;比较两组患者入院时的一般情况和实验室指标、并发症和疗效.结果急性酒精中毒与入院血清白蛋白和血钙水平明显负相关（P〈0.05）;与入院ALT、AST、血糖、乳酸、胃肠功能障碍、入院血细胞比容、血肌酐、尿素氮以及缺氧呈正相关（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗有效率（P〈0.01）明显降低,并发症发生率明显升高（P〈0.01）.结论急性酒精中毒可进一步加重颅脑损伤.
