当前医德建设困境的分析及对策

目的：分析医德建设的困境并提出相应对策，促进当前我国的医德医风建设。方法：通过对当前我国医德建设中医疗机构、医务人员和患者三要素的分析，分析存在的问题，并提出有针对性的解决对策。结果：当前我国医德建设存在的主要问题是“道德性”与“经济性”的矛盾、医德教育的目的性与效果性的背离、技术性与服务性的冲突，医德建设主体与客体信息不对称导致的障碍等。结论：要想解决这些问题，必须正视医德的“经济性”属性，合理关联医患利益，将医德建设融入医院文化中，并从机制上激励医德医风建设。

Analysis of the Difficulties in Current Medical Ethics Construction and Countermeasure

Objective： To analyze the difficulties in the current medical ethics construction and put forward matching countermeasures in order to promote the construction of medical ethics in China. Method ： The three essential factors in current medical ethics construction including medical institution, medical staff and patients, and the problems existing among those essential factors are analyzed, with relevant countermeasures raised. Result：Prob- lems in the current medical ethics construction mainly lie in the collision between the property of ＂morality＂ and ＂ economy＂, the paradox between the property of motive and effectiveness in the medical ethics education, the collision between the property of technology and service, and the obstruction of the medical ethics construction resulted from the information asymmetry between subject and object, etc. Conclusions：To solve these problems, the eco- nomic attributes of medical ethics should be stressed, the interests between patients and medical staff rationally associated, medical ethics construction integrated into hospital culture, and medical ethics construction inspired on the mechanism level.
