肺癌组织纤维连接蛋白的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:
对68例肺癌组织进行纤维连接蛋白(Fn)免疫组织化学研究。癌周基膜Fn在肺腺癌随着分化的不成熟而表达减少或消失。在肺腺癌与鳞癌中表达方式不全相同。间质中Fn的表达与肿瘤的组织学分型及分化无关,而与新生的纤维结缔组织及血管密切相关,提示与肿瘤的运动、浸润及诱生血管提供肿瘤生长有关。

Abstract:
Immunohistochemical research (ABC) of fibronectin (Fn)had been made on 68 cascs of reseeted lung cancer.The expreseion of Fn was closely associated with the differentiation of cancerous tissues,especially in lung adenocarcinoma.The positive rate of basement membrane Fn was 93.75%(15/l6) in high differentiated lung adenocarcinoma and 60%(9/l5)in poor differentiated lung adenocarcinoma.In lung adenocarcinoma the expression of Fn was different from that in lung squamous cell carcinoma. In the former,sometimes,Fn distributed in thc margin of glandular cavity and in the latter,Fn could be seen in cytoplasma or in nucleus. Fn in stroma (stromal Fn)was not correlated with the histological patterns and differentiation of lung caneer,but was associated with the growth of fibrous connective tissue and blood vessel.This suggests that stromal Fn may play an important role in tumour invasion and growth.
