临床护理路径在经鼻蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除中的应用价值

目的 探讨临床护理路径在经鼻蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除中的应用价值.方法 选择2010年3月～2013年12月于本院进行经鼻蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除的72例患者,将其随机分为两组,每组各36例.观察组患者采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察两组术前等待时间、住院时间、住院费用,患者出院时采用自制护理满意度调查表及垂体瘤相关知识问卷调查患者的满意度及相关知识知晓评分.结果 观察组术前等待时间和总住院时间均明显短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组患者护理满意度评分、相关知识知晓评分以及遵医行为比例均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 在垂体瘤切除患者中应用临床护理路径可提高患者对疾病相关知识的认知水平,改善遵医行为,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度.

Application value of clinical care path in pituitary tumor resection by nasal transsphenoidal approach

Objective To investigate the application value of clinical care path in pituitary tumor resection by nasal transsphenoidal approach. Methods 72 patients who would be given pituitary tumor resection by nasal transsphenoidal approach from March 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 36 cases.Patients of study group were given clinical nursing care path,the control group was given routine care,the waiting time before surgery,length of stay,hospital costs of patients were observed,the satisfaction survey questionnaire and related knowledge questionnaire were used to evaluated the satisfaction and related knowledge degree. Results The wait- ing time before surgery and total hospital stay of study group were significantly shorter than the control group,the hospital costs were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the patient care satisfaction scores,related knowledge score,and compliance behavior of observation group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with pituitary tumor resection,clinical care path may improve patient cognitive level of disease-related knowledge,improve compliance behavior,shorter hospital stay,improve nursing satisfaction.
