孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果观察

目的 探讨孟鲁司特口服治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果.方法 将234例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组（126例）和对照组（108例）,治疗组给予口服孟鲁司特治疗,对照组给予口服盐酸丙卡特罗和吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗,疗程为3个月,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 对照组显效84例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率为93.5％;治疗组显效102例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率为96.8％;两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.2896,P＞0.05）.结论 孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,应用更加方便.

The clinical effect of montelukast in treatment of cough variant asthma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods 234 cases of patients with cough variant asthma were selected and divided into treatment group （126 cases） and control group （108 cases）.The treatment group were given with montelukast,the control group were given with procaterol hydroehloride and inhaled fluticasone propionate.The treatment course was three months,the efficacy of two groups was observed.Results The control group had 84 cases of excellence,17 cases of effectiveness,7 eases of inefficacy,the total effective rate was 93.5%;treatment group had 102 cases of excellence,20 cases of effectiveness,4 cases of inefficacy,the total effective rate was 96.8%.There was no significant different between the two groups （χ2=0.2896,P〉0.05）.Condusion The efficacy of montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma is significant,and the application is more convenient.
