奥扎格雷钠配伍依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

目的 分析奥扎格雷钠配伍依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的临床效果.方法 选取2011年4月～2013年4月本院收治的脑梗死患者82例,采用奥扎格雷钠配伍依达拉奉进行治疗,观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效.结果 治疗前脑梗死患者的意识能力缺损评分为（7.1±1.7）分,语言表情能力缺损评分为（9.4±2.2）分,肢体动作能力缺损评分为（20.9±2.6）分;治疗后脑梗死患者的意识能力缺损评分为（2.9±1.1）分,语言表情能力缺损评分为（3.7±1.5）分,肢体动作能力缺损评分为（6.8±1.9）分;治疗前后意识能力缺损评分、语言表情能力缺损评分、肢体动作能力缺损评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用奥扎格雷钠配伍依达拉奉治疗脑梗死具有非常显著的临床疗效,能在很大程度上改善患者的神经功能,使患者恢复正常生活,该治疗方法安全、稳定,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical effect analysis of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 82 cases of patients with cerebral infarction from April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected.Sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone treatment were applied in all patients.Clinical effect in two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results Before treatment of forebrain infarction awareness defect score was 7.1±1.7,language expression ability defect score was 9.4±2.2,1imb movement ability defect score was 20.9±2.6,after treatment of cerebral infarction consciousness defect score was 2.9＋l.l,langnage expression defect score was 3.7±1.5, limb movement ability defect score was 6.8±1.9.Before and after treatment in patients with consciousness ability,score language expression ability score,limb movement ability score was compared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction has very significant clinical curative effect,can improve the neurological function in the very great degree,so that patients return to normal life.The method of treatment is security and stability.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
