经阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的临床对比研究

目的 探讨经阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值与准确率.方法 选取本院2012年6月～2013年6月收治的异位妊娠患者103例为研究对象,比较经阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的诊断准确率.结果 经阴道超声检查诊断符合率明显高于经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.经阴道超声检查的附件区包块、假孕囊、卵黄囊、胎心、胚芽检出率均明显高于经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在异位妊娠的临床诊断中,阴道超声对于早期异位妊娠的诊断具有更高的检出率,对相关指标检出率也优于腹部超声,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical comparative study of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value and accuracy rate of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultra- sound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred and three cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted into our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research objects.The diagnostic accuracy rate of ectopic pregnancy by vaginal and abdominal ultrasound was observed. Results Diagnostic accuracy rate of transvagi- hal ultrasound was greatly higher than that of abdominal ultrasound,with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The detection rate of adnexal masses,false pregnancy sac,yolk sac,embryo,fetal.heart by vaginal ultrasound was greatly higher than that by abdominal ultrasound respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,vaginal ultrasound has a higher detection rate for the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and detec- tion rate of the indexes related to ectopic pregnancy is also superior to that by abdominal ultrasound,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
