新斯的明足三里穴位封闭加TDP腹部照射治疗混合痔术后便秘的效果观察

目的 探讨新斯的明足三里穴位封闭加TDP腹部照射治疗混合痔术后便秘的临床效果。方法 搜集整理本院近一年来收治的混合痔术后出现便秘的患者共75例，给予其新斯的明足三里穴位封闭加TDP腹部照射进行治疗，对其治疗效果进行分析研究。结果 新斯的明足三里穴位封闭加TDP腹部照射治疗后患者症状积分显著优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗的总有效率高达94．67％。结论 新斯的明足三里穴位封闭加TDP腹部照射治疗混合痔术后便秘具有投入低廉、操作简单且毒副作用少等优点，适用于基层医院的临床治疗。

Effect observation of neostigmine Zusanli acupuncture point close plus TDP abdominal radiation therapy on the constipation after the mixed hemorrhoids surgery

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of neostigmine Zusanli acupuncture point close plus TDP abdominal radiation therapy on the constipation after the mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods 75 patients with constipation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital had been collected during this year and were given close neostigmine Zusanli acupuncture point and TDP abdominal irradiation treatment.Then the therapeutic effect was analyzed and studied. Results After the neostigmine Zusanli acupuncture point close plus TDP abdominal radiation therapy,the patients＇ symptom score was significantly better than before,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total efficiency was up to 94.67%. Conclusion The neostigmine Zusanli acupuncture point close plus TDP abdominal radiation therapy to cure constipation after the mixed hemorrhoid surgery has the advantages of inexpensive investment,easy to operate and less side effects,etc.,which adapts for the clinical treatment of primary hospital.
