精细化管理应用于精神科对患者家属满意度和护理质量的影响观察

目的 探究精细化管理应用于精神科护理对患者家属满意度及护理质量的影响,并为本科室临床护理工作提供实践性指导.方法 选取本院2011年10月～2012年9月收治的38例精神科患者,设为对照组;选取2012年10月～2013年9月收治的41例精神科患者,设为研究组.对照组采用常规精神科护理模式,研究组在此基础上实行精细化护理,对比两组的护理质量评分及患者家属护理满意度情况.结果 研究组各项护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 精细化管理能为精神科患者提供更为优质、全面的护理服务,在提高护理质量的同时,还能提高家属满意度,增进护患关系,减少精神科医疗纠纷.

Effect of refined management applied to the psychiatric ward on family satisfaction and nursing quality

Objective To explore the effect of fine management applied to the psychiatric ward on family satisfaction and nursing quality,and provide practical guidance for clinical nursing. Methods 38 cases of patients with psychiatric in our hospital from October 2011 to September 2012 were selected as control group,41 cases of patients with psychiatric in our hospital from October 2012 to September 2013 were selected as research group.The conventional psychiatric nursing mode was provided to control group,while fine management nursing was provided to research group.The quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction of families was recorded of the two groups. Results The nursing quality score of research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The family satisfaction of research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The fine management nursing for psychiatric patients can not only improve the quality of care,but also improve the family satisfaction,reduce the medical dispute in psychiatric department.
