| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌与胃相关性疾病的发生有着密切的关系,如慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等.在现代社会中,胃肠疾病的发病率越来越高,影响生活质量,并且在这些胃肠疾病的发展与转归中,细胞免疫调节因子IL-8、IL-18起着重要的作用.选择性地阻断IL-8、IL-18以及受体,有望成为治疗胃肠道疾病的方法.本文就IL-8、IL-18的特点等与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系进行阐述. |

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori infection and stomach correlation disease has a close relationship,such as chronic gastritis,peptic ulcers,stomach,etc.In modern society,gastrointestinal disease rate is more and more high,influences the quality of life,and in these gastrointestinal diseases of development and turned over,IL-8,IL-18 play an important role in the immune adjustment.IL-8,IL-18 and IL-8,IL-18 receptor antagonists can be used as one of the basic gastrointestinal diseases drugs in the future.This article reviews the characteristics of IL-8,IL-18,and the relationship between IL-8,IL-18 and Helicobacter pylori infection. |
