| 摘 要： | 目的:分析准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后散光增大的变化及处理时机。方法:在连续的812例接受常规LASIK的近视术者选出有临床意义的散光增大者13例,回顾手术前和术后1～6mo的角膜散光度,全眼散光度以及散光轴位。用SPSS13.0分析术前和术后1,3,6mo全眼散光度和散光轴、角膜散光度和散光轴的变化规律。结果:与术前相比,术后的全眼散光度增加非常显著(F=12.373,P=0.000),角膜散光度增加非常显著(F=7.819,P=0.000)。术后1、3、6mo之间的全眼散光度差别无显著性(P1=0.954,P3=0.600,P6=0.301),角膜散光度差别无显著性(P1=0.791,P3=0.943,P6=0.983)。手术后全眼散光轴改变45°以上6眼(46%),角膜散光轴变化45°以上7眼(54%)。术后1,3,6mo的角膜散光轴和全眼散光轴的差异均无显著。结论:LASIK术后发生的散光增大是由于角膜瓣水肿和角膜基质床泪液过多所致,术后1～6mo角膜散光度和轴位变化不明显。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To analyses the change of astigmatism after LASIK and the opportunity of management. METHODS:Thirteen eyes of consecutive 812 myopia cases had surgically induced astigmatism after LASIK for myopia were screened.Corneal and total astigmatism,axis before and after surgery were measured.The data of astigmatism and axis of cornea and total eye at pre-operation and post-operation for 1-6 months were analyzed using SPSS13.0 software.
