国产和进口氯吡格雷对不稳定性心绞痛患者血小板功能的影响

目的　观察国产氯吡格雷和进口氯吡格雷对不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP)患者血小板功能的影响 ,比较两药抗血小板作用的优劣及其安全性。方法　 4 0例UAP患者随机分为 2组 ,其中国产氯吡格雷组 2 0例 ,进口氯吡格雷组 2 0例。另选健康对照组 10例。两治疗组分别于服用氯吡格雷前、服用氯吡格雷 30 0mg 2h后及服用氯吡格雷 75mg1次 d 1周后抽血查血小板聚集率及血小板活化指标。结果　UAP患者血小板聚集率及血小板活化状态较健康对照组明显增高。治疗前国产和进口氯吡格雷组的血小板聚集率及血小板活化指标无显著差异。治疗后两治疗组之间无显著差异。结论　血小板的活化在UAP的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。国产和进口氯吡格雷均有良好的抗血小板作用 ,两者抗血小板聚集和活化的作用相似 ,且无明显的不良反应。

Effects of domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel on platelet function in patients with unstable angina

Objectives To observe the effects of domestic clopidogrel (Talcom) and imported clopidogrel (Plavix) on platelet function in patients with unstable angina(UAP),and to compare the efficacy and safety of Talcom and Plavix.Methods Forty patients with UAP were randomized to two groups,including Talcom group(20 patients),Plavix group(20 patients).In addition,10 healthy subjects were chosen as healthy control group. Venous blood samples were obtained before taking orally clopidogrel,2 hours after taking clopidogrel 300 mg and after 75 mg qd for seven days in two clopidogrel groups in order to test platelet aggregation rate and platelet activation markers.Results The platelet aggregation rate and platelet activation in patients with UAP were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects. There were no significant differences in the platelet aggregation rate and platelet activation between Talcom group and Plavix group before treatment. There were no significant differences in the aforementioned markers between Talcom group and Plavix group after treatment.Conclusions Platelet activation play an important role in the development of UAP.The anti-platelet aggregation and anti-platelet activation effects of Talcom are similar to those of Plavix.The two drugs have good anti-platelet effects.Furthermore,the two drugs have no significant adverse drug reaction.
