加味小青龙汤治疗肺心病急性发作期80例观察

目的:探讨加味小青龙汤配合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期(寒饮伏肺型)的疗效。方法:将120例肺心病(寒饮伏肺型)患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组40例,对照组以吸氧、抗炎、解痉平喘等单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味小青龙汤治疗,比较观察2组疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为81.25%,总有效率92.5%;对照组显效率50%,总有效率80%。结论:加味小青龙汤配合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期(寒饮伏肺型)患者疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Observation on 80 Cases of Pulmonary Heart Disease in Acute Attack Treated with Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction

Objective:Probe into the curative effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine in treating the pulmonary heart disease in acute attack clod phlegm-fluid lying latent in the lung symdrome.Methods:Divide 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease into treatment group(80 cases)and control group(40 cases)at random.The control group was treated with simple western medicine,like inhaling oxygen,anti-inflammation and spasmolysis to calm the cough,and the treatment group was treated nearly the same as the control group except for adding the modified Xiaoqinglong decoction.Observe the curative effect of these 2 groups comparatively.Results:The conspicuous result rate of the treatment group is 81.25% and the total effective rate is 92.5%,while the former of the control group is 50% and the latter is 80%.Conclusions:In treating pulmonary heart disease in acute attack,the curative effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine is better than that of simple western medicine.
