中医利水法联合卡托普利治疗高血压随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察中医利水法联合卡托普利治疗高血压疗效。[方法]将84例高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。对照组口服卡托普利12.5mg,3次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采取中医利水法(药用熟附子、钩藤、天麻、寄虫生,等),水煎服,1剂/d,2次/d。两组均连服1个月后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率92.90%,对照组总有效率78.60%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医利水法联合卡托普利对于治疗高血压患者具有显著的临床疗效,且无不良反应的情况发生,值得应用推广。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Diuresis Combined with Captopril in the Treatment of Hypertension Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]To observe Chinese diuresis combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension.[Methods] 84 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group oral captopril 12.5mg,3 /d;the treatment in the control group were treated by traditional diuresis(based on medicinal ripe monkshood,hooked uncaria,Tianma,send Entomogenous,etc.),Shuijianbi,1 /d,2 /d.The two groups were even served 1 months after curative effect.[Results] the total effective rate of treatment group 92.90%,control group in the total efficiency of 78.60%,the treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Chinese diuresis with Kato Pury for the treatment of hypertension in patients with significant clinical curative effect,and no adverse reaction occurs,it is worth of application promotion.
