| Abstract: | The incidence and development of Henoch-Schonlein purpura are not caused by a single fac-tor. The research on the perspective of genetic susceptibility of the disease-related gene helps to further study the pathogenesis of disease, pathology progress, treatment and prognosis. The paper reviews the progress of this research in recent years. |
