| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the issues of highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） for AIDS patients, including when to initiate antiretroviral therapy, antiretroviral medications, selection of appropriate treatment regimens and assessment of treatment failure, and is intended for better application of HAART to clinical practice. |
