岩舒注射液配合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期原发性肝癌疗效观察

目的:观察岩舒注射配合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法:将68例中晚期原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组35例,用岩舒注射液配合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗;对照组33例,单纯用肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组的近期有效率分别为34.3%和27.3%(P>0.05),KPS评分改善有效率分别为65.7%和30.3%(P<0.05)。治疗组在肝功能损害、上腹疼痛、食欲下降及发热的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05),而白细胞下降和恶心、呕吐的发生率略低于对照组,差异无显著性统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:岩舒注射液配合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期原发性肝癌,可提高患者生活质量,减轻不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation On Advanced Primary Hepatic Carcinoma Treated by Yanshu Injection Combined with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Yanshu injection combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) in treatment of advanced primary hepatic carcinoma(HC).Method:68 patients with advanced HC were randomized into two groups:treatment group of 35 cases with Yanshu injection and TACE and control group of 33 cases with TACE alone.Result: Effective rate was 34.3% and 27.3%(P>0.05),rate of KPS improvement was 65.7% and 30.3%(P<0.05),of treatment group and control group respectively.Frequencies of hypohepatia,epigastric pain,poor appetite and fever were much lower(P<0.05),and of leukocytopenia and vomiting,a little lower(P>0.05),in treatment group,than those of control group.Conclusion: In treatment of patients with advanced HC,Yanshu injection with TACE could improve quality of life and reduce adverse effect,so as to deserve wider application.
