| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床效果。方法选择该院2009年2月—2013年2月泛发性脓包型银屑病患者共60例,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予阿维A,观察组给予复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后有效率为93.3%,对照组治疗后有效率为66.7%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病临床效果显著,值得借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin and avermectin A on generalized pustular psoriasis.Methods 60 cases of patients with generalized pustular psoriasis admitted in our hospital from February, 2009 to February, 2013were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with avermectin A, and the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin and avermectin A. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the observation group＇s effective rate was 93.3%, higher than the control group＇s 66.7%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with avermectin A is quite effective in the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis, which is worthy of reference. |
