血清维生素D水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染的关系

目的探讨儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRI)与维生素D的关系。方法选取该院2011—2012年收治的180例儿童资料,分为维生素D缺乏组(A组)和维生素D正常组(B组)各90例,对比各组发生反复呼吸道感染情况;对A组治疗3个月,随访1年,比较治疗前后发生反复呼吸道感染情况。结果 A组发生反复呼吸道感染34例,B组13例,两组比较,发生RRI的差异有统计学意义,A组治疗后85例中发生RRI 12例,治疗前后的发生RRI的差异有统计学意义。结论血清维生素D水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染密切相关,及时检查儿童维生素D水平情况并治疗能有效减少儿童发生反复呼吸道感染情况。

The Relationship Between Serum Vitamin D Level and Recurrent Respira- tory Tract Infection of Children

Objective To investigate the relationship between recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRTI） of children and vitamin D. Methods 180 cases of children admitted in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were divided into vitamin D deficiency group （A group） and normal vitamin D level group （B group） with 90 cases in each. The incidences of recurrent respiratory tract infection of the groups were compared. Group A was treated for 3 months and followed up for 1 year; the incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infection of the group before and after the treatment was compared. Results There were 34 cases of patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection in group A, while in group B, there were 13 cases. The difference of incidences of RRTI between the groups was statically significant. After treatment, RRTI occurred in 12 cases out of 85 cases in group A, the difference of inci- dences of RRTI before and after the treatment was statistically significant. Conclusion Serum vitamin D level is closely related to RRTI of children. Timely inspection of vitamin D levels of children and treatment can reduce the incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infection of children.
