老年心肌梗死患者的健康需求与护理对策

目的调查老年心肌梗死病人的健康需求。方法对183例心肌梗死患者分别在刚入院1周内以及出院前1周2个时期分别进行健康需求问卷调查。结果老年心肌梗死患者在住院不同时期的健康需求有差别。结论根据调查结果与临床观察,分析病人的需求类型,进行全面的护理评估,制定了动态的护理计划,采取了有针对性的护理措施,最大限度的满足了病人生理、心理和社会文化方面的健康需求,加强了护患沟通,鞭策了护理人员在护理学、人文学、社会学等方面的学习与研究,使整体化护理在老年心肌梗死病人中得到了更好的实施。

Health Needs and Nursing Countermeasures for Senile Patients with My- ocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the health needs of elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 183 patients with myocardial infarction were given questionnaire of health needs 1 week after admission and 1 week before discharge, respectively. Results Elderly patients with myocardial infarction had different health needs in different periods. Conclusion According to the survey results, clinical observations and the needs of the patients in different periods, we have assessed care quality comprehen- sively, made dynamic nursing plans, taken targeted nursing measures, done our best to satisfy the health needs of the patients in the aspects of physiology, psychology and social culture, strengthened the communication between nurses and patients, promoted the study and research of the nursing staff in the fields of nursing, humanities and sociology, made holistic nursing obtain better implementation in the nursing care of elderly patients with myocardial infarction.
