张力带钢丝结合记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效分析

摘    要:
目的探讨张力带钢丝结合记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 2009年2月—2012年2月,该院采用张力带钢丝结合记忆合金髌骨爪治疗的48例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者,其中男33例,女15例,术后对所有患者进行随访,观察骨折愈合情况及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间为10~24个月,平均17个月,所有患者骨折均愈合,根据膝关节活动评价标准,术后优良率为97.9%。结论采用张力带钢丝结合记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折,不仅能够固定和复位粉碎性骨折,而且能防止骨折移位,骨折愈合率高,并发症少,有利于膝关节功能恢复。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of tension band steel wire combined with memory alloy patellar claw in the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture. Methods 48 cases of patients with comminuted patellar fracture, including 33 males, 15 females, admitted in our department from February, 2009 to February, 2012 were treated with tension band steel wire and memory alloy patella claw. All the patients were followed up after operation. The fracture healing and knee joint function recovery of the patients were observed. Results All the patients were followed up for 10 to 24 months with an average of 17 months. All fractures were healed. The excellent and good rate was 97.9% after operation according to the knee score. Conclusion Tension band steel wire combined with memory alloy patella claw for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture can not only fix and reset comminuted fracture but also prevent the fracture displacement. In addition, it is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function with high fracture healing rate and fewer complications.
