摘 要: | 目的:优选红车轴草中异黄酮成分的提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以红车轴草中异黄酮成分为指标,用正交试验方法对提取工艺进行筛选。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇作为提取溶剂,浓度80%,提取温度为70℃,提取时间1小时。结论:此提取工艺适用于红车轴草提取异黄酮成分。

Abstract: | Objective:To optimize extract technology of isoflavone in Trifolium pretense L. Methods: Select the extract technology of Trifolium pretense L by Orthogonal Test techniques, the isoilavone Component is target. Results: Extract technology program : The ethyl alcohol is the extract solvent, the density is 80%, extraction temperature for 70℃, Extraction time 1 hour. Conclusion: This technical process is suitable for extract isoflavone in Trifolium pretense L. |
