某部队医院外用制剂临床应用分析

目的：了解外用制荆临床应用情况及剂型结构。方法：对某部队医院2006年外用制剂用药数据进行分析。结果：软膏荆、栓剂、贴剂等3个剂型用量占外用制剂总用量的72．92％，其用药金额占外用制剂总用药金额的49．34％；用量排序前15位品种用量占外用制剂总用量的74．31％；用药金额排序前15位品种用药金额占外用制剂总用药金额的51．88％；皮肤科、外科外用制荆以活络止痛类、止血类、含激素类3类为主体，妇科栓剂用量占妇科外用制剂总用量的50．06％。结论：我院外用制剂剂型多样，应用范围广，基本能满足临床的用药需求。

Applied Analysis of Clinical Medication of External Preparations in a Military Hospital

Objective： To investigate the clinical application of preparations for external use and dosage forms. Method： Data concerning the medication of external preparations in a military hospital in 2006 were analyzed. Result： Of the total external preparations, the total consumption of ointment, suppositories and patches accounted for 72.92% and 49.34% in quantity and amount of money. The consumption of the top 15 varieties accounted for 74.31% and 51.88% respectively in quantity and amount of money. The top 3 external preparations used in the departments of dermatology and surgery were drugs that activated collaterals to relieve pain, anhemorrhagics and hormone and consumption of gynecological suppositories accounted for 50.06% of the total gynecologtcal consumption of external preparations. Conclusion： External preparations are characterized by a diversified dosage forms and wide application, which can basically satisfy the need of clinical medications.
