| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童期支气管哮喘与过敏性鼻炎的关系。方法将104例哮喘患儿分为分为S组（鼻炎无确诊）、C组（确诊鼻炎无用鼻炎药）、R组（确诊鼻炎用布地奈德Budesonide鼻喷剂治疗）三组,均进行PEF（最大呼气流速）的测定。结果R组PEF值明显高于C组,而与S组比较无显著差异。结论治疗哮喘的同时治疗过敏性鼻炎,对儿童哮喘的防治有较好作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relation of Asthma with Rhinitis in children. Methods One hundred and four patients with bronchial asthma in children were randomized into 3 groups, control group（C,n=34）, reference group（R,n=36） and experimental group（E,n=34）.Using ASTLA Master Screen diffusion determinator to determine respiratory physiologic parameters respectively（ maximal expiratory flow rate）. Results PEF in the patients of experimental group were significantly increased （P〈0.05,E vs C）, but didn＇t show significantly difference compared that in reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions It was very important to treat the allergic rhinitis in period of treating bronchial asthma. |
