北京市学校传染病防治工作管理现状分析

目的了解北京市学校传染病管理的基本情况，为规范学校疫情报告工作和政府部门构建学校传染病管理体系提供背景依据。方法采用典型抽样的方法，选取北京市各类大、中、小学共计83所进行问卷调查。结果北京市中小学校传染病防治工作管理水平有待提高。其中打工子弟小学在传染病管理上的漏洞较多；乡镇学校的管理相对落后；私立大学在传染病疫情的发现、上报、处理上尚存在空白之处。结论应进一步规范学校疫情报告工作，不断提高学校公共卫生工作的水平；政府部门应尽快出台相应的学校传染病防治工作管理制度，优化疫情报告人队伍，加大专项资金投入。

Administration of Infectious Diseaese Prevention in Schools in Beijing

Objective To study the administration of infectious diseases prevention in schools in Beijing,to provide evidence for regulating infectious deseases reporting and to set up school infectious deseases supervision system.Methods Typical sampling method was used to choose 83 colleges,secondary or primary schools.Questionnaire survey was conducted among the administrators in the chosen schools.Results Administration of infectious diseases prevention and control in primary and secondary schools needed to be improved,especially in schools for migrant workers' children.The administration was poor in rural schools.Finding,reporting and treatment of infectious diseases should be improved in privacy colleges.Conclusion School infectious diseases reporting should be regulated and school public health work should be improved.Administration department should set up school infectious diseases prevention and control system,optinize the epidemic reporters and increase government spending.
