| 摘 要： | 白塞病是系统性血管炎性疾病,易发生血管栓塞,可累及脑实质和血管.本文回顾1例白塞病患者忽视了“三级预防”即既病防变,出院后迅速累及中枢神经病案,总结经验教训,对有发生血管栓塞高风险因素的白塞病患者需要及时干预. |

Progression of Behcet's disease with brain involvement: a case report |

| Abstract: | Behcet's disease is a condition characterized by systemic vasculitis liable to thrombosis,and may involve the parenchyma and blood vessels in the brain.We report a case of Behcet's disease that progressed into central neural system involvement rapidly due to failure of tertiary prevention.This case demonstrates the importance of management of the high risk factors of thrombosis and timely prevention of disease progression. |
