| 摘 要： | 目的:探导高浓度雌激素对卵巢癌细胞株HO-8910体外生长的作用.方法:用细胞凋亡检测试剂盒判定细胞凋亡,用光镜、电镜观察细胞变化.结果:凋亡程度,同对照组比较,各实验组均有显著差异.结论:高浓度雌激素对卵巢癌细胞株HO-8910的生长有抑制作用,呈剂量依赖效应;24h-48h是癌细胞发生凋亡高峰期. |

| Abstract: | Objective: The study was carried out to investigate the effects of estradiol, a high concentrations, in vitro.Methods:Apoptotic cells were determined by In Situ Cell Death Detection Kit,POD,and morphological changes of cells were observed by light and electron microscopy.Results:The Apoptotic levels of estradiol groups differed significantly from the control group.Conclusion:At high concentrations,the inhibitive effects of estradiol were obvious,and there was an dose-response relationship ; Apoptotic cells mere obvious between 24h and 48h. |
