太原市疾病预防控制人力资源现状分析

摘    要:
目的对太原市疾病预防控制人力资源调查分析。方法对疾控机构人员数量分布、学历、职称等方面进行调查并综合分析。结果疾控人员总量(1.96/万人)基本满足要求,但人员数量、学历结构、职称结构分布不平衡。结论太原市疾控机构对年青、高素质疾控人才有较大需求量,对在职人员有针对性的开展医学继续教育和项目培训等以提高专业素质。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the manpower resource in Taiyuan Center for Disease Prevention and Control.Method By investigating the personnel quantity、knowledge、post title of CDC,to analyze personnel scheme and personnel diathesis synthetically.Result The personnel quantity of CDC(1.96/myriad)is satisfy need basically,but the distributing of personnel quantity、knowledge、post title is imbalance.Conclucion Taiyuan CDC has a big demand of the youngsters、high diathesis persons,and should organize in-service personnel to deploy medicinal continue education and item training to advance professional diathesis.
