剖宫产手术对再次妇科手术的影响

目的　探讨剖宫产手术对再次妇科手术的影响。方法　选择 1 997- 0 1～ 2 0 0 3- 0 1剖宫产术后行子宫切除术患者共 5 7例 ,分为 3组与同期无剖宫产手术史行全子宫切除术患者 30例进行比较。结果　对照组在开腹时间、手术时间上 ,均短于研究组 ;出血量对照组明显少于研究组 ;术中粘连程度分级对照组明显优于研究组。结论　剖宫产手术对再次妇科手术有一定的负面影响 ,需严格掌握剖宫产指征降低剖宫产率 ,减少术后并发症

Affection of Cesarean for Gynecological Re-operation

Objective To discuss the affection of cesarean for gynecological re-operation. Methods 57 cases of cesarean patient from January 1997 to January 2003 were divided into 3 groups and compared with 30 panhysterectomy without history of cesarean. Results The exposure time and operation time in control group were shorter than those in test group. The same in bleeding volume and adhesion degree was better than those in test group. Conclusion There might be some negative affection of cesarean for gynecological re-operation. The indication of cesarean must be obeyed strictly to reduce the complication caused by cesarean.
