Abstract:
Objective: To assess the impact of fish-oil fatty emulsian on liver and renal fuction,immunity,inflammation and nutritional state of post-operation patients with malignant colorectal tumors.Methods: Forty patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and study group.All patients provided with hypocaloric parenteral nutrition treatment 25 kcal/(kg·d) containing equal nitrogen and calories after operation.Fish-oil fatty emulsion was added to the study group.Results: After one week of fish-oil fatty emulsion treatment,the cellular and humoral immunity indicators CD3,CD4,IgA,IgM were significantly improved and PA and ALB were increased in the study group(P<0.05).The infectious complication between the two groups was nearly compatible.Conclution: Fish oil is beneficial to improve the nutrition and immunity,decrease infectious complication and promote the recovery of the post-operation patients with colorectal cancer.
