高频超声对肛周脓肿的诊断价值

目的 探讨高频超声诊断肛周脓肿的价值.方法 应用高频探头检查肛周脓肿67例,根据脓肿距体表的距离分为低位脓肿和高位脓肿,并与手术结果对照分析.结果 超声对肛周脓肿的诊断正确率为100％（67/67）,对瘘管内口的诊断正确率为91.7％（22/24）.结论 高频超声检查肛周脓肿,能区分脓肿与肛周组织结构的关系,分辨多数肛瘘内口所处的位置,为临床治疗方法的选择提供必要的依据.

The value of high-frequency ultrasound in perianal abscess diagnosis

Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in perianal abscess diagnosis. Methods A total of 67 cases patients with perianal abscess were examined by high-frequency transducer. The abscesses were divided into low and high ones according to the distance from the body surface to the abscess in sonographic findings, and the results were compared with the surgical procedures. Results The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in perianal abscess was 100%（67/67）, and it was 91.7% （22/24） in localization the internal access of the fistula. Conclusion The structure relationship of the abscess and perianal tissue, the location of the internal access of the anal fistula can be distinguished in high-frequency ultrasonic examination, and nec-essary diagnostic foundation of the clinical treatment selection is provided too.
