353例药品不良反应报告分析

目的 分析药品不良反应（Adverse drug reaction,ADR）发生的特点和规律,促进临床合理用药.方法 对我院2012年收集的353例ADR进行统计、分析.结果 353例ADR中,＞60岁的患者最多,为203例（57.51％）,静脉给药引起的不良反应最多,为315例（89.24％）,抗菌药物引起的不良反应最多,为103例（29.18％）,不良反应主要发生在皮肤和消化系统.结论 ADR的发生与多种因素有关,用药过程中应该严格掌握用药指征,认真做好患者用药指导,密切观察用药过程中可能发生的不良反应,及时发现,及时处理,以促进临床合理用药.

Analysis of 353 ADR reports in the hospital

Objective To study the characteristic and the regularity of ADR. Methods A total of 353 cases ADR reports were collected in our hospital in 2012 and analyzed statistically. Results Of the total 353 cases, theold（〉60 years） took the highest proportion（57.51%）, 315 cases（89.24%） of ADR were induced by the drugs of intravenous administration. Antibacterials agent induced-ADR were 103 cases（29.18%）. Skin and digestive system involved in ADR were most common. Conclusion The occurrence of ADR is related to multiple factors. During the process of using medicine, we should be strict on the indications of drugs, make patients educations, closely ob serve and find out and resolve ADR in time to promote clinical rational use of drugs.
