利多卡因临床应用新进展

利多卡因为酰胺类局麻药;同时具有迅速有效而安全的抗室性心律失常作用。近年研究表明,利多卡因可通过阻断Na+、K+、Ca2+通道,抑制兴奋性氨基酸和氧自由基的释放发挥脑保护作用。同时还发现利多卡因是一种良好的抗哮喘药物,其降低颅内压、抗癫痫、对抗癌药物具有增敏效应等作用也备受国内外学者的关注。

Recent Progress about the Clinical Application of Lidocaine

Lidocine is a kind of local anesthetics of amide derivatives, which has a fast and salty effect of anti-ventricular arrhythmia. Recent studys show that lidocine not only can protect the brain by blocking the channel of sodium, potassium and calcium and inhibiting the relaese of excitatory amino acids and oxygen free radical,but also is a good drug of anti-asthma, its other effects are also attracting more attention from domestic and abroad scholars such as the effect of lowering intracranial pressure, anti-epileptic, the sensitization efficacy of anticancer drugs and so on.
