摘    要:目的 探讨电刺激小脑顶核对缺氧缺血脑损伤(HIBD)新生大鼠睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)蛋白及学习记忆功能的影响.方法 将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和电刺激组,每组又分为7d和14d2个亚组,每个亚组6只.采用结扎左侧颈总动脉并吸入氮氧混合气体2h制作新生大鼠HIBD动物模型,电刺激组于造模后第2天开始电刺激治疗,强度25 mA,频率5 Hz,20min/次,每天2次.分别于干预后7d、14d用Y-型迷宫检测.HE染色法光镜下观察脑神经细胞和神经纤维的病理变化,免疫组化检测脑组织CNTF蛋白水平的表达.结果 电刺激组总反应时间明显短于模型组(P<0.01),主动回避率及正确反应率均明显高于模型组(P<0.01),皮质及海马周围CNTF蛋白面积与积分光密度值较模型组增多(P<0.05).结论 电刺激小脑顶核可以提高脑组织CNTF蛋白水平表达,促进脑损伤大鼠学习记忆能力的恢复.
