和胃煎剂联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

目的观察和胃煎剂联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予和胃煎剂联合替普瑞酮治疗；对照组给予替普瑞酮治疗。疗程均为4个月，观察两组治疗前后症状及胃黏膜病理变化。结果治疗组症状总有效率与对照组差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；两组病理疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论和胃煎剂联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著，且能明显改善胃黏膜的病理变化。

Clinical observation of Hewei decoction combined with teprenone to treat chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To observe the application of Hewei decoction combined with Teprenone treating patients of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Methods 80 CAG patients were randomized into two groups. Treatment group was given oral use of Hewei Decoction and Teprenone, Control group received Teprenone. The treatment lasted 4 months. The changes of clinical symptoms and pathological characteristics were observed before and after treatment. Results the difference of the total effective rate of clinical symptoms between the two groups was insignificant （ P 〉 0.05 ） while the effect on patho]ogieal changes in Treatment group was superior to that in Control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of Hewei decoction combined with Teprenone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pathological changes in CAG patients.
