纤维蛋白原及血小板参数在2型糖尿病患者中的变化及意义

目的探讨纤维蛋白原及血小板参数在2型糖尿病患者中的变化及意义。方法检测85例2型糖尿病患者（有微血管病变者为DM1组45例，无微血管病变者为DM2组40例）的纤维蛋白原（Fib）、血小板计数（PET）、血小板平均体积（MPV）、血小板平均分布宽度（PDW）、血小板压积（PCT），并与80例健康对照组比较。结果DM1组、DM2组及对照组间MPV、PDW和Fib均有显著差异（P〈0．01），而PLT、PCT无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论检测血小板参数如MPV、PDW和Fib对监测2型糖尿病有无微血管病变发生有一定临床意义。

Clinical significance of fibrinogen and platelet parameters in patients with type 2 diabetic Mellitus

Objective To investigate the changes and its significance of platelet parameters and fibrinogen in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus （ T2 DM ）. Methods The fibfinogen （ Fib ）, platelet count （ PLT）, mean platelet volume （MPV）,platelet pressure accumulates （PCT）, and platelet distribution width （PDW） were measured in 80 cases control group and 85 cases with T2 DM. According to the micrevascular changes,85 patients were divided into two groups ：45cases with microangiopathy （ DM1 group） and 40 cases without microangiopthy （ DM2 group）. Results The differences of MPV, PDW and Fib were statistically significant between DM1 group, DM2 group and healthy control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and no significant differences of PLT and PCT between DM1 group, DM2 group and healthy control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion It has some clinical significances to monitoring vascular changes with the MPV, PDW and Fib in patients with T2 DM.
