| 摘 要： | 目的：评价16层螺旋CT三期增强扫描在胃癌TNM分期中的诊断价值。方法：胃癌患者68例进行低张水充盈16层螺旋CT三期增强扫描，随后薄层重建，结合原始图像进行TNM分期并与术后病理结果对照。结果：68例患者中T分期总的准确率为7,3．8％，N分期的准确率为55．4％，M分期的准确率为97％。结论：16层螺旋CT三期增强扫描能够较好地进行TNM分期，有效地指导手术方案的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of triphasic incremental 16 slices spiral CT in the TNM staging of gastric cancer.Methods:68 patients with gastric cancer performed triphase incremental 16 slices spiral CT examination.THe primal images were reconstructed into thin scanning and assessed for TNM staging,then compared with postoperative pathological results.Results:68 patients of gastric cancer,the accurate rate of T,N and M staging was respectively 73.8%,55.4% and 97%.Conclusion:The triphasic incremental 16 slices spiral CT is valuable in TNM staging of gastic cancer and guiding the surgical programs. |
