| 摘 要： | 目的讨论经直肠超声引导自动活检枪穿刺前列腺诊断前列腺癌。方法①直肠指诊阳性；②4ng／ml〈PSA〈10ng／ml，前列腺超声显示低回声结节；③PSA〉10ng／ml共102例。在超声引导下，经直肠前列腺6点穿刺活检。结果本组39例确诊为前列腺癌。结论经直肠超声引导自动活检枪多点穿刺前列腺可为临床提供明确的前列腺癌组织学诊断，穿刺操作简便安全，取材成功率高。
