| 摘 要： | 本文采用常规组织病理切片，对１７例喉癌、癌旁及正常喉粘膜上皮进行了组织病理学观察，发现肿瘤组织可在正常粘膜下潜行生长和扩散，其范围远远超过肉眼所见到的表面肿瘤，提示喉手术安全界不仅要根据表面的肉眼观察，而且要充分估计到肿瘤粘膜下浸润扩散范围，应尽量力求达到临床与病理安全界统一，以减少喉癌手术后的复发。 |

THE HISTOPATHOLOGIAL OBSERVATION ON THE SAFTY LIMITS FOR CARCINECTOMY IN LARYUX |

| Abstract: | The histopathologies in 17 cases of laryngeal carcinomes were studied in thispaper. We found that the cancer cells could invade creepinly under area could range farbeyand the visible surface tumor. This indicates that the assessment of operative safty limitsfor a laryngeal carcinoma should consifer not only the gross observation of the tumor, but al─so its possible invaded range under normal epithelia.It is necessary to matain approximatelimits between the clinical and pathological assessments to reduce the recurrence of laryngealcarcinomas after the operation. |
