腋下Muscle-sparing剖胸切口在临床中的应用

目的：探讨腋下Muscle—Sparing剖胸切口在临床中的应用及其优、缺点。方法：对35例行Muscle—Sparing剖胸术病例进行回顾性分析。结果：Muscle—Sparing剖胸切口手术时显露较差．操作较困难，但术后肺功能影响小，疼痛轻，胸壁肌肉保留完整，伤侧上肢、肩关节活动受限轻、恢复快。结论：对适当病例Muscle—Sparing剖胸术是一种损伤较小的开胸术。

The Application of the Subaxillary Muscle-sparing Incision in Clinical Practice

Objective: To study the application of the subaxillary muscle-sparing incision in clinical practice and its advantages as well as disadvantages. Methods: 35cases with muscle-spring incision were studied retrospectively. Results: Although the muscle-sparing thoracotomy could hardly provide satisfactory exposure and tended to be hard for operating ,the negative influence upon respiratory function was reduced, postoperative pain was decreased, the muscle of chest wall were well protected ,and the movement of the shoulder girdle was less limited, which help patients recover faster after operations. Conclusion:Muscle-sparing thoracotlmy which makes less damage is an ideal alternative for eligible patients.
