| 摘 要： | 为验证通脉益寿口服液治疗高脂血症的临床疗效，以通脉益寿口服液治疗老年高脂血症４９例（治疗组），同期采用藻酸双酯钠（ＰＳＳ）治疗３７例（对照组）作对照观察，比较两组间的症状疗效和降脂疗效。结果：治疗组的两项显效率分别为５３．０６％和５１．０２％，总有效率分别为９１．８４％和８５．７１％，与对照组比较，治疗组的显效率高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），降低甘油三酯（ＴＧ）及提高高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的作用亦优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示通脉益寿口服液对老年高脂血症有较好的治疗作用。

Clinical Control Observation On Treating Senile Hyperlipenia With Tong Mai Yi Shou Oral Liguid |

| Abstract: | 49 cases of senile hyperlipenia were treated with Tong Mai Yi shou Oral Liguid as treating group,while another 37 were treated with Ploy Saccharide Sulphate (PSS) as control group to examine the therapeutic effectiveness of the Symptoms and anthihyperlipidemia effectiveness. The result shows that the marked response rate of the treating group is higher than that of the control group obviously. The effect of reducing triglyceride (TG) and raising the high density lipoprotein (HDL) of the treating group is also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The result suggests that Tong Mai Yi shou Oral Liguid has a very good curative effect on senile hyperlipemia. |
